All book writing, editing, proofreading, and marketing services offered by Books Publisher UK are subject to the following terms and conditions.

Copyrights

As per our agreement, we will always give you complete ownership of the content we produce for you. You are allowed to use the finished product however you see fit; we don't own any rights to it.

Payment

For any lowered services, we demand full payment in ahead, including all relevant taxes, which the client is responsible for paying.

Revision

We allow numerous revisions within seven days of the project's final delivery in order to guarantee your pleasure. The period of time for revisions may be extended to 14 days in exceptional circumstances.

The following are the turnaround times for revisions:

• The revision turnaround time for projects with a 24-hour urgency is 24 hours.
• The revision turnaround time is 48 hours for projects that need to be completed within 24 to 48 hours and 72 hours for projects that need to be completed within 48 hours.

Project Requirement

Before beginning a job, we at Books Publisher UK go over each requirement with each of our clients one-on-one. Any disputes about the services will be discussed with you in accordance with the terms and conditions decided upon at the beginning of the project.

Refund Policy

At Books Publisher UK, all services are customised, digital, and initiated upon order confirmation. Please review the following refund terms carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility for Refunds

• Clients may request a refund only before the submission of their manuscript or the commencement of any service work, whichever occurs first.
• If a refund request is approved at this early stage, it will be processed after deducting transactional and administrative charges, equal to GBP 150 or 10% of the total purchase amount (whichever is lower).

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Once an order is confirmed through successful payment:

• Refunds are not issued automatically
• Books Publisher is not obligated to provide a refund
• Refund requests based solely on a change of mind are not eligible
  

Final Approval

• Once the client has provided final approval of the work, this approval constitutes full acceptance of the services rendered.
• No refunds will be issued after final approval, under any circumstances.

Cancellation & Chargeback Policy

By completing a payment with Books Publisher, the client expressly agrees to the following terms:

Service Nature Acknowledgement

The client acknowledges and agrees that:

• All services provided are customised and digital
  
• Services are initiated immediately upon payment
  
• Work may begin prior to full delivery, including but not limited to planning, drafting, revisions, or production
  

Cancellations

• Cancellations apply only to future, unrendered services
  
• Any work that has already commenced, been partially delivered, revised, or approved is considered rendered and non-refundable
  

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients agree not to initiate a chargeback, payment reversal, or bank dispute without first contacting Books Publisher and allowing reasonable time for resolution.

Any chargeback or dispute initiated:

• After service commencement
• After partial delivery or use of revisions
• After final approval

may be considered a breach of this agreement and may result in the submission of supporting evidence to the payment processor or issuing bank.

Books Publisher is committed to resolving client concerns professionally and fairly. Clients are encouraged to contact our support team directly to address any issues before escalating matters to third parties.

Terms of Use

• The services based on the data supplied by Books Publisher.co.uk are not included in Books Publisher UK. Furthermore, it excludes all other warranties, certificates, advice, and guarantees.
• Any loss or harm arising from inadvertent errors on this website is not the company's fault.
• Furthermore, Books Publisher UK disclaims all liability for interruptions, malfunctions, theft, fraud, miscommunication, or unapproved use of your work.
• As you accept the terms and conditions below, you also agree to defend and hold Books Publisher UK and its subsidiaries harmless from any losses, liabilities, and claims arising from
  (1) your use of the services and website;
  (2) your violation of the terms and conditions below; and
  (3) your violations of third-party rights, including rights of publicity, intellectual property, confidentiality, and privacy.
• No partnership, employment relationship, or joint venture is formed between the client and the company by the terms of your website agreement.
